I have lived in Excelsior and Grand for about a year now and I love it! The office staff is very friendly and is always willing to help me out. I had to transfer apartments because of a roommate situation and they helped get me into a new unit. I got most of my security deposit back from my first apartment so that was nice.

It is also great to be so close to everything! you can walk to Trader Joes and Panera and it is a short cab ride to Uptown.

I would recommend checking them out if you are looking to live in a great area!!
