Garden Village

Used to live in a building owned by this owner From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   If you move into an apartment building owned by Garden Village apartments it is the WORST decision you can make. They do not keep the apartmets clean, the do not shovle when it is needed, they do not return phone calls, they do not even answer the door at thier office when you have a question. They are known for screwing you when you move out, TAKE PICTURES when you move, they will try and get you for a $200 cleaning fee. Read your LEASE!! some of the leases state 2.5 months notice, so make sure you give it proper time!!
