G V management is inconsiderate and nearly impossible to deal with. They give absolutely no notification of when they will maintain the place, if they bother at all. The wash facilities rarely worked, and were obnoxiously loud when they did. It took me two months to have any repairs done when the ceiling partially fell in due to a leak. Those repairs were done only because I asked for the repairs while maintenance was there. No response was ever received from the numerous letters and phone calls that I placed with management. They have not even set up an appointment for me to check out of the building. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I completely agree with everything this person has said. We live at 3310 Fremont and not only could I agree with every single thing this person pointed out, but I could tell you stories. It's been really poorly managed here and I'm getting out. Don't bother here. In fact, my next door neighbors wall blew out when a water pipe burst and her entire kitchen and living room filled with water. Just stay away from GV Mgmt LLC, they don't care about you and won't return your calls.
