Black Mold From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! The Sherbrooke at 2003 Aldrich was the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. The ceiling leaked and when I reported it to managment they stopped the leak, but never fixed the damage. Eventually black mold started coming out of my walls, so I immediatly moved out, they are now trying to make me pay them for leaving!!! I already have a lawyer and I plan on getting the health inspector involved. The place needs to be condemned.
