Management changed, supposedly they're working on the over-populated apartments. there's a major bug problem, it never goes away. Now they have monthly extermination, but still not enough. Management says it the residents that bring in food from the asian supermarkets.

Soon after I moved in, they buldozed the pool. Now its just a big grassy area.

The management is nice, but the "updates" they are doing just arent enough. If you take a day off from work, and try to sleep in the day time, you will be woken up by toddlers running and schreking up and down the halls. Neighbors leave their trash all over, and the dumpsters are over flowing withing 12 hours of the garbage truck coming.

There was a stabbing in my hallway, the guy was cheating on his girl, she came over and busted his door in and stabbed him. Quality people livin here!

Before they put in new doors, people would always prop them open, even had a homeless man sleeping in the stairwell once.

The new doors are nice, but people still prop them open.

We got new apartment doors put in a while ago, I worked till after the office closed, so their solution was to leave my doors unlocked and put my new key on the kitchen counter. Wasn't that nice'

You can tell by the low volume of cars in the parking lot that many residents are moving out, and not that many are moving in.

Pay attention to that....it's NOT a good place to stay!
