For the amoutn of money you pay to live here, you get VERY little. Lots of spoiled college kids, and very money-hungry staff.
For instance, they have a policy where they will allow you to turn in rent late once and escape the late fee... of course, they do not publish this policy nor will they volunteer the information, you have to somehow find out about it on your own before you benefit. Another example, they use hotel-like access cards to access your room. To replace this card takes them a total of 2 mins. My roomate lost hers a few weeks ago and asked for a replacement. They charged her 50 dollars.
There are several cheaper and more friendly apartments in the 7 corners area so only go with the grandmarc if a) money is of no issue to you b) all the other options are full.
