The office staff was generally very nice - to your face. However, they
made promises and failed to keep them. Before I moved in I was told that
utilities would be covered no problem based on the allowances they set.
However, I ended up paying a "filing fee" and a monthly utility bill. On
the bill I payed for water, etc that I did not even use. They took the
entire building's bill and split that between all the residents. So I
payed for other people's water. I also lived above some noisy residents.
Their base was so loud that my floors and belongings vibrated. This
unpleasant sound was available 24/7. After countless complaints and
calls to the office and security monitor, they finally moved the people
(4 months later). The building maintenence was pretty poor - trash,
drugs, broken light fixures, carpet stains were scattered throughout the
building.
Long story short -- good location, not a terrible place to live for
awhile.
I would recommend living here solely on location.
