Rude and inattentive staff, revolving door with property managers, underground parking -- ceilings leaking acid strips car paint, noisy construction nearby, old, dilapidated building, washing machines often inoperable, a/c barely works. Only plus is that the location is great. That does not outweigh the minuses, which are considerable. Don't make the mistake I did -- keep looking!
