I'm sure that the experiences of other people in this complex are different from mine and they may be in their right to give this apartment complex a bad rating but aside from the collapse of part of the courtyard I've really had a good experience with my apartment. I moved into my apartment in April and the staff was courteous and they did everything in a timely fashion to get things ready for me. The new manager there is a hard worker and has been very attentive. Yes, I was inconvenieced for a day because of the courtyard collapse and had to reset my clocks a couple of times but so far I've had no major hassles.

Yes, the building is old and needs attention but recently a lot of work has gone into it.

In general terms I've been satisfied with living there and the location is great! I'd definitely consider looking into it if you're shopping for a place regardless of other people's experiences because as you can see, at least one person has not had problems there.
