My wife and I were in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2.5 years and generally found it to be a great place to live. Although it is an older building the aparment itself was clean, spacious and light and airy. The rooftop deck with barbecues and pool overlooking Loring Park was fantastic. Parking was good too, and of course the location can hardly be beat - no worries about safety either. If you look around the area you will either find more modern apartments for almost twice the price, or old apartments with no parking and much grungier. This place does have a couple of minor drawbacks (the manager at the time was a bit bizarre) but we were happy enough to extend our lease twice after the first year and had no regrets. Of course we left before the infamous terrace collapse incident :)
