Great Downtown Apartment

Ok, so when I first moved in to this complex I was impressed by the overall appearance of the apartment. It had a very modern look that fit in with my taste. I must admit, the first experiences I had with the office staff was horrible. The guy that sold me on the apartment promised many things and did not follow through with much. On the day I was moving in, I was told that person no longer worked there and they had no record of the things he promised. After I had already moved in and signed the lease, I was told by the manager that I needed to pay more money. After argueing with her and the district manager, I finally said I was going to my lawyer since the lease was agreed to and signed off with the current rate. When I got home that day there was a letter under the door that said they would let me stay for my current rate and everything was worked out. About a month later, the manager was no longer working there. The new management is great! Everyone that works at the office is extremely friendly and helpful from the office manager all the way down to the maintenance staff. If something breaks, it is generally fixed the same day I call in the problem. The staff will routinely ask how things are going and if there is anything they can do to make the apartment better. I have never lived in such a comfortable apartment than this one. Since my first problems with the apartment I have never had a single problem. I looked at many other apartments in the surrounding area and this was by far the best. Although they do not have a pool, the location is great, the people are great and the apartments are much larger and modern than the competitors. I would definately recommend this apartment to anyone moving to the Minneapolis area. Also parking is great. I have never had a problem finding a spot, even when I get home very late.
