Having been an upper bracket homeowner most of my life, my downsizing to a spacious, two-bedroom apartment at Hiawatha Flats has been a spectacular move. Great functional design, quiet, high-quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, respectful management and useful amenities make this building a great choice. I have been a resident two and a half years and am very happy to be here.
