My partner and I moved in shortly after this place opened in 2007. All the apartments we looked at had ample closet space, which was very important to us.

The kitchen and bathrooms are the best part of this facility. Easy to keep clean and all look very modern but are also very functional. Convenient access to light rail, bus lines and short drive to downtown.

We had two cars and only one was used frequently. We purchased a space in the underground/indoor garage and then were able to park the other on the ample off-street lot in front of the building. Rarely did we ever have to park the extra car on the street.

Great location. Easy to get to both Highland Park and Grand Ave areas of St. Paul, or Uptown and Downtown Minneapolis. Did not realize how convenient the light rail is for getting to and from my downtown Minneapolis office.

Quiet neighborhood, close to Mississippi River, Lake Hiawatha and Minnehaha Falls areas for outdoor exercise/activities. Also has a great fitness center for exercise during the winter months.

Does anyone have opinions about the internet/cable offered at these apartments? Its called skypics and its the only service offered. I love the area and building but heard that this feature wasn't what it was all cracked up to be. Can anyone give an opinion about internet speed and quality?
