This apt. has a great layout and you can't beat the special of 499. However, you won't find ruder people in the Twin Cities for neighbors. The walls are thin and flimsy, which don't help. People break things and it seems like everyone's drunk all the time. The management is trying honestly to improve it, but only low class people want to live in this area. The maintenance and staff are decent, but there are occasional problems. Papa John's won't deliver after dark since it's "such a bad neighborhood." Plenty of experience with loud cars and screaming children in this neighborhood.
