This place is unbelievable! The office staff is nice, but that's about it. To get anything done, you have to address them several times. I was without heat for 2 days in December. It takes maintenance staff 3 or 4 times to fix something before it is done correctly. The only thing about this property that made me move there was the price, there aren't many options for a single person with one income for renting. There is dog crap all over the grass areas, garbage in the halls and the building is falling apart. You are constantly locked out of the building cuz the door locks are broke. The fire alarms go off all the time. In April, there was one week that they went off 4 times!!! Now, this wouldn't be so bad if it was during the day, but they are at 3am! They make it sound really good when you are about to sign the lease, but after that forget it! And aren't there limits on the number of people who live in one bedroom apartments' My neighbors have more than the number of people who are supposed to be living there, but what is done about it, nothing, just like everything else around there. Unless you like balloons, don't do it!!! They spend way too much time and money putting up balloons in the front parking lot, maybe use that money and time to fix the place up.
