Okay my now husband and I lived there from 03 to 04 we both worked security. The gaurds that they had there was total dipshits, and we are the tenants that some poor soul has since rented (sorry who ever you are) that moved back to TN. The lady over management in at the head corp. office, let us out of our lease after they neglected to do anything about the reapeted loud music and so called eviction that the neighbors below us was suppose to have been out but when we left their 30 days was about 90 days later and needless to say an evil threat that was made from another resident to my husband and me.
In praise of the building/company I do have to say the outside of the buildings are well kept and clean but, the planting of plants could be a little more planned for safety of people going in and out of the apartment buildings. Along with the fact that tenats tended to let just anyone in so much for the security of the secured entrance. Maintance always responded quickly and promptly to our calls, all but the oven situation when we first moved in but that was taken care of moderately. Some of our neighbors where nice. To bad the few that where pains ruined the experince. We never NEVER NEVER froze except during the middle of summer when we forgot to turn our a/c down before going out.
The noise from the neighbors was horrible. My husband tried to ask them to turn it down, I asked, we called so many times to security that we ended up having to call their supervisors to get anything done. And the supervisors of the guards had to usually call the police to get anything done. We did not mind loud noses at 2-3 p.m. in the afternoon as muched as minded waking up to loud noises at 2 or 5 a.m. from someone down below us feeling the need to work out. I since then done my shopping around and frankly glad we're out of the apartment complexe's. If you don't have a problem with the apartment complexes at huntington place then you're probably one of the lucky ones living in the pet building!
I think I value my safety, my pride, and my beliefs about what i should be receiving for 530 a month

Have fun making that GED become marketable! For $530 a month you are lucky you were not living in a Maytag box! As the neighbors go; you are living in a high density, low income comunnity. What do you want. I'm glad you were able to move. Eventhough you were most likley evicted.

dear spankmonkey...I find it very hard that you would write such a review. Everyone is entitled to write how they feel about the apartment complex...Why would you say such nasty things about someone who expressed themselves?? VERY WELL, I might add!! I guess the GED is working for them, however it does not seem as if yours is working for you. The review was about the complex, not YOU...why did you take this as a personal attack? (this means about you, not the complex)? I just figured it out...YOU MUST BE A PART OF MANAGEMENT!
