I lived in the dog friendly building at Huntington Place and I didn't have a dog when I moved in. But the nice thing is that with people taking there pets out, you recognize faces and they learn yours that you start looking out for each other. Some places have that sort of pet stink about them, but this place doesn't. They vaccume the halls every morning and seem to shampoo them often too.

Huntington Pointe on the otherhand is nasty. I noticed they don't have a review page and maybe some of these comments reflect that property. My cousin lives there and its nasty. Its tiny and their maintenance staff can hardly speak English! The apartment is half the size of mine at Place.

The price here is great considering its only $529 and studios in Minneapolis go for like $750-800. My drive to work downtown Minneapolis takes less than 10 mn.

When I've had problems I've reported them to the management and they do their best to control situations, but ultimately every person needs to be responsible for themselves and how can they handle every young 19 year old wanna be gangster first time renter who thinks he's cool. At least I know that they've run a criminal background on that person, but it seems to be the guests of some of the residents who are being the problem and how can they control people who don't live here except to tresspass them off the property which I know they do here and send $50 noise violations.

I don't know, overall its not bad. I like it and would have renewed my lease another year if I wouldn't have bought my house. Which by the way, renting here is affordable and lets you save your money for doing things like buying a car, house or whatever. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I lived in Huntington Place for a year and I could not wait until my least was over. I was rarely there and they use to mess with me about little things. When I left I had three people cleaning up my apartment. They did not give me back all of my security deposite because they felt that my apartment was clean but could be better. The first week that my sister and I was there some one broke into my sister car. I'm just glade I'm not there anymore. You may want to check there police records before you move in there.
