I have lived here for 3 years and i have somewhat mixed feelings. one concern i do have is there are some faimilies living here and all apartments are 1 bedrooms. so several kids in that small of a space is never a good idea. But that is hardly huntington place's fault. For the first 2 years living here i was very satisfied. nothing amazing but nothing bad either. but just this past year a few of the residents have been making messes in the hallway and not cleaning it up. Usually when i call the office though it is cleaned by the next day. One time, however, a cover on a light in the hallway broke and there was glass all over the floor and it was not cleaned for 5 days. i was not happy. lately also they have been turning off the water and gas randomly with less than a full day's notice which is quite annoying but i guess sometimes emergencies happen. and the managment is always extremly kind. the price is great here. I live in the dog building so i feel safe. me and my fiance often go on walks late night and have never had an issue with any of the neighbors or anything like that. so basicly this is a pretty decent place to live especially for the price but i am moving after this lease due to the young kids who have just moved in and are being a little more roudy. nothing to be concerned about just tired of finding the welcome mats in piles all over the hallway
