If you do not want any of your precious things stolen, then you better think twice about moving in! I came back to my complex one day and my door was kicked down OPEN and EVERYTHING expensive in my apartment was taken. The TV, DVD players, GAMES, MOVIES, Stereos etc. We called the police and since the manager did not want to do anything about it, they just canceled our contract and WE GOT OUT OF THERE FAST! This is ghetto and dangerous!! FYI, we're new to this state and do not know anyone, so it isn't anybody we would know who stole our belongings, it would had to have been somebody lurking over our shoulders when we weren't there. It happens in apartments deal with it. Get 12 dollar rental insurance and if it happens again you get all your stuff replaced. You don't do a very good job at helping potiental people who are looking into the apartment overall your just complaining about your one situation. I'm sorry for your loss but its apartment life you have many people coming and going and sometimes people will take advantage of others or help themselves to someone else's goods. Just be thankful you weren't home at the time.

"Get 12 dollar rental insurance and if it happens again you get all your stuff replaced." -There's no such thing as a 12 dollar rental insurance! Idiot. It's 40 freaken bucks and I did have it! My items were covered up to 10% only of my personal property! So basically we got back ----! Doesn't surprise me, things like this happen all the time in the time I was there. Not to mention half of the staff make racist remarks behind your backs and think that kind of stuff is funny. Can anyone say "Fair Housing"?? It's not wonder the managment has tried to sell the building off at least twice. NEVER live here. Ohh and someone needs to tell the Regional Manager she needs to quit wearing Godzilla eyeliner!
