Don't do it! I would NOT recommend this place. We moved in and immediately discovered it was infested with cockroaches. While the property manager did call a pest control person, she was difficult and not willing to work with us to fulfill our requests so we could live in a bug-free environment including promised cleaning and maintenance issues that, supposedly, were handled before we moved in. Not only that, the property manager grew very defensive and accused us of threatening her (which we did not) not a very professional way to handle the situation.

The property management company, Asset Management Group, Inc. is equally as difficult, even refusing to address tenant concerns regarding their properties. Not only did they call us liars, they refused to handle the situation appropriately and effectively. Everything they told us was contrary to research and what we were told by pest control professionals. They are by far one of the rudest, unethical and most untrustworthy groups of people I have ever worked with, with no sense of customer service whatsoever. Save yourself the hassle, displeasure and disgust, and look elsewhere the location isn t worth it.
