I lived at Karinsplass for two years, and it's by far the best-run, cleanest, safest building I've ever lived in. The office manager (Louise, when I was there) is always prompt at returning messages, and even let us know that we didn't have to worry about a pet deposit when we took in a long-term cat-sitting gig.
The maintenance staff is really, really good, too: no problem was too small for him to come in and fix (almost always the same day). When the living room windows didn't seal properly in the winter, and ice was forming, they came in and REPLACED all the windows and the frame (in one day!), no charge. Plus, they'll always give you 24 hours notice before coming in to do larger repairs that might get in your way.
Security is great, too: cameras at all doors, and never once did the locks not function.

I SO highly recommend living here! It was a wonderful place to live.
