Because of my job I have rented all over the country and have to say that the Karinsplass are the best (in ten years of renting). The walls are thick (can't hear the neighbors), the windows let all the sunshine in, close to everything (University, Theater, and downtown), parking garage, they pay my heating bill, great maintenance, friendly staff...do I need to say more' If there is a vacancy take it you will not regret renting here!
