Very nice place for the money spent

I've found the building to quiet, clean and well maintained. Very nice neighborhood. Staff is top-notch and professional. Only down side is that they seem to be renting to more "kids" a year or two out of school, who forget everybody else pays rent too. Beyond that, a very good rental experience.
