This was the only place in Minneapolis where I lived and absolutely loved it, rather than have to make the best of it. The apartments have everything you need, from a garage, individually controlled AC/heat, balcony, and laundry in the apartment, to details like a ton of outlets, diswasher, garbage disposal, etc. Shared areas are very well maintained. My unit was away from Hennepin, and therefore very quiet. But the best thing about the place is management (shocking, I know). Always courteous and helpful, and couple of times I needed something fixed, it was done by the next day - once within 10 minutes of me reporting it! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
