The most distinguishing feature at Kenwood Gables has been its management, who take great care of the property & residents. My move-in, move-out & living experience has been truly remarkable.
Considering the location and the amenities like inhouse laundry, underground garage, balcony, onsite gym(small but always functional), the apartments are very affordable.
After thinking hard about the shortcomings, the only downside is the lack of centralized a/c: for those 2-3 'hot' days in Minneapolis.
Unfortunately for me, Kenwood Gables has set the standards real high and I am unsure if I will ever find an apartment community that could match those standards.
