great place to live

I am in my third year living at Lakewood Isles, and love my home. I love the fact that I live a few blocks from the lakes, live right on the midtown greenway trail, and all the restaurants just on the other side of the trail...Chipotle, Noodles, etc. All in very short walking distance.
Yes, the parking situation was horrible for a few months. But parking was not THAT bad during the parking lot construction. But the construction is done, and management has added more spaces than what were originally in the lot without expanding the lot. The building looks great from the outside with the new siding and awnings. At least I know where my rent money is going by having all these projects done. A few years ago, they totally remodeled my 3/4 bath to a full bath, and my rent did not go up a huge amount because of it.
I have never had a problem with management. The managers are very responsive, follow through on things, and they are very friendly. Maintenance is always done within a day or so of my request...when I have a maintenance issue.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my home at Lakewood Isles. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves the lakes and trails!
