I've lived at Lakewood Isles for 4 months and have enjoyed it overall. Had my car towed once for parking in the lot without a decal (even though I pay $50 a month for a garage space) but I suppose it was my fault. My only complaint is how tough they are on the lease agreements. Once your lease expires, they will not go month-to-month and you really have no choice but to move or sign another 12 month lease.

As for the responsiveness of the office and maintnence staff, I am generally impressed (with only a couple of exceptions). It's a good place to live and a great location, just make sure you ask all the questions and know what you're getting yourself into.
