Location Location Location!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Although the improvements were a hassle, especially parking, they are for the better. I would be more concerned if the rental property wasn't improved. But, think about it, where else can you live in a great community where you are walking distance from practically anything you would ever need or want' You can go from a hardware store to a flower shop to great eats to conversational coffee. Not to mention the great Lakes of Minneapolis, Uptown diversity, a very short cab ride to downtown businesses and a spectacular night life to meet any personality.
