not bad, good location, kind of pricey

This is a nice place to live.
The good:
-location right next to trails
-off street parking
-pool
-sundeck
-grill/patio furniture available

The bad:
-smells (garbage chute in apt)
-thin floors and walls
-pricey, rent is kind of high
