Perfect place for walkers and bikers

The main selling point for this place is definitely it's closeness to Lake Calhoun. It's perfectly placed so that it's extremely close to Uptown, but not IN Uptown. A bike path that hooks up to a huge network of paths, runs behind the parking lot of the building. It's perfect for commuting to downtown (about 20 minutes) or for heading to the lakes (less than 5 minutes). Also, just over the bridge is a small shopping area with drugs, groceries, food, coffee, books, etc. that comes in handy.
The apartment building itself is nice too, though it has a strange "hotel-ish" feel when you're in the halls. In the winter, the sauna can't be beat, and the pool is pretty nice too. The party room is fantastic and almost always available. It has a big screen, big soft couches and a full kitchen. The workout room is really small (but usable), and the laundry is pretty expensive (but I think all coin laundry is expensive). When you have friends over, they have to park on the street and walk around the building to the office side to get buzzed in. That's a bit of a hassle, but the staff is very friendly, and the courtyards are nice. I'll sign another lease when the time comes.
