Lakewood Isles Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I am currently moving out of Lakewood Isles Apartment after living there for just under a year. Generally, my experience has been pleasant. The location is AMAZING but that is about the only thing the building has to offer. Good luck trying to find a parking spot, never available. If you have a package delivered, it's difficult to get it from the rental office. OK, so minor problems with parking and mailing. All in all manageable because of the amazing location. However, the minute I gave my 60 days notice, everything changed. Management is rude and uncooperative. I received a letter stated maintenance will be doing some minor updates to my apartment 4 days before the end of my lease. However, they complete moved all of my furniture and painted the entire apartment. So, the last 4 days of my lease my apartment was un-inhabitatalbe. NOT COOL!! The manager did nothing to help the situation. Great location, horrible management and building! AND WAY OVER-PRICED!
