When the new managers moved in I saw cosmetic improvements and thought that the apartment was going in the right direction. I was wrong, the service has gone down hill when you add to the fact I found a mouse in my apartment. When I notified the manager it took them 26 hours to respond.
The apartment manager is too young and not professional. It is so true that when you give your 60 days they treat you like crap. A total change in management's attitude from bad to worse.
With that said it is a great location next to lakes etc. if you can deal with unprofessional managers and a mouse running around your apartment from time to time this might be the apartment building for you.

I completly agree with this responder. I asked one of the people that works in the office about when the heat was going to be turned on I was told "when it is consistently cold out". When I said that it is during the evenings starting to get cold she said "well you're on 3rd floor so it shouldn't be that bad". I mentioned that I didn't think this is fair, since our rent is substantial, she said "well you don't pay for heat". I have found the staff here rude and unresponsive.
