I am a current resident and have found the management here difficult to deal with. They refuse to turn the heat on until it is "consistently cold" outside. (which I believe is illegal) They pay the heat, which I'm sure is actually a part of the overpriced rent you are paying. Repairs to the grounds in general are not made in a timely fashion. The management is young and rude. The only great thing about this residence is the location, which is very convenient. If I were to do it over I'd try to find another place close to the lakes, this isn't worth it!

I second the heat comment! Sondra, who is one of the rudest people in the office, always lied to me and said the heat was actually on, when it was not and we had to freeze our a$$ off so they could save a buck or 2. I almost was going to call the BBB on them. I should have!
