We had a terrible time towards the end of our lease with the management. We were on the top level, after a ton of rain our ceiling leaked in two different spots. We called emergency maintance who said they couldn't do anything until the morning. When we spoke to the management they were very rude and it took them 3 days and 5 request and finally a visit to the office before they would come and look at it. After they emptied the water. It took them over a month to come and fix the 2 holes in our ceiling. After many requests we turned in our termination of our lease and they fixed it the next day. The rent is cheap and the location is great, but everything else is a waste of your time and money!

Our new neighbors also play thier music extremely loud with loud parties at all times of the day and night.
