I am finishing up my lease at Lakewood Isles. It is definitely not worth the money. The management office has been very rude (primarily office worker). I believe it may be under new management - so things may be looking up. The apartments themselves are definitely not worth the price. The appliances are old, along with the cupboards, the electricity goes out frequently and maintenance is unresponsive. DO NOT live in an apartment facing the parking lot - the drunks are unbearable (and, Im fresh out of college myself). There are much better places to live in around the area at less expensive rates.
