People... quite complaining about this aparment complex. You are RENTING an apartment... SOMEONE has to manage the place... perhaps you can do a better job' If you don't like other people being in charge of your living space, then buy a house. Be your own manager. The housing market is great right now.
If you wrote about management being "rude"... Well go back to your own post and re-read it. I'm sure you were just as rude in dealing with your pent up frustration. I'm sure 80% of the renters in the apartment complex do something that ticks off management. I, myself experience some of the same things that you complainers do on a daily basis. However, I keep in mind that had I wanted everything to be new and perfect (and more expensive) I would've moved into a brand new built condo right on the shore of Calhoun.
We are lucky. Right on the walkway to the lake, far enough away from uptown to be safe and quiet, and paying a fair and reasonable amount for what we are receiving.
We are by Hwy 100, and I94 and we are in walking distance of grocery store, Target and gas stations. We HAVE a parking lot, where as most people have to park on the street. We have options of a garage, storage and we get to swim when it's freezing cold out.
Stop complaining. Enjoy what you have.
