I've noticed a smoky smell off and on, in the bathroom, and in the walk-in closet. Haven't been able to figure it out. The funny thing is, the smell is strongest under the sink in the bathroom.

The parking is a problem, but I've had a garage for most of my time here, so I haven't had to deal with it much.

Some of the renters are a bit on the sketchy side, and the noise can be a bit much at times, but this is (in my opinion) the best complex in this area. Unfortunately, there are some real dumps on this street. If you want to get more, you have to move to a different area, and you'll pay extra for that.

I've never had a problem with the management, and I'm moving out because of the lack of amenities, noisy tenants, and other small issues. Now I'm moving to an area, in which I'll pay $80 more a month, to live in a "better" neighborhood.

I would recommend this complex, as I believe it's a good value, and not the worst part of the metro. It's Plymouth, after all.
