If you're looking for a quiet, respectful, and well-managed place to live--look elsewhere. The past two years I have lived here, I have dealt with one problem after another. First of all, the management is extremely poor. Any comment, question, complaint is met with disbelief, disdain, disrespect, and a general level of misrepresentation about the building and its policies. They do not respond to problems and are usually condescending and rude. I have neighbors on all sides who are consistently and intolerably loud to the point that I am forced to move so I can get a good night's sleep. Management has allowed this place to turn into an overpriced dorm where other residents have no consideration for the noise level, steal your newspaper everyday, steal your assigned parking space, and allow their dogs to urinate in the garage, in the hallways, and on the plaza. The walls are paper thin, so be prepared to hear constant noise, conversation, stomping, and slamming doors at all hours. Management is unbelievably bad. The only saving grace is the excellent maintenance staff! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

bobbobson6969, apartment noise is certainly not a given. I have lived in a five apartment buildings, two with noise issues, three with no noise issues. Living in an apartment/condo can be just as quiet as living in a house if the aparment/condo is built well with concrete or good insulation. You need to shut up because you don't know what you are talking about, moron.

Whoever wrote this review, thanks for the concise and helpful overveiw, I was considering this apartment building, but will no longer.
