Like the others have said, this is not as nice of a place to live as they would like you to think. Looks can be quite deceiving! The office staff is incompetent. They don't handle your problems, they simply push them aside and hope that you forget about them. Soundproofing' Forget it. You can hear just about everything, especially when people are letting their kids run around screaming everywhere and at anytime of the day. In my opinion, WAY TOO HIGH PRICED for what you really get. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I was so excited to move in, now I am counting down the days to when I can move out!

Kids? How can you get away from them? That is ridiculous and apartments are never sound proof you should have know that from the begining get over it! It looks beautiful from their website.
