Lived here in 2003 and 05-07. Never had any problems. My key fob stopped working one day, but I got a new one right away. If anything was wrong, it was fixed within 2 days. No extra charges upon moving out. Staff was always approachable and friendly. Great location! Parking a bit on the spendy side, but realtively speaking worth it. They also try to let residents get to know each other by organizing "Happy Hour" events. Lots of young business prof live there.
