Security/Management...what's the point'

The management of Loring Towers is more concerned with collecting the "free" money that they receive for Section 8 recipients, than actually managing the building. Security...what for' Whenever someone needs help, they are "on break" or just not around. Recent numerous issues, such as stabbings, car bombings, assaults, thefts, are all reasons that you should not live here.
