the building is nasty, hallways are dirty. people spit on the floors. the elevators always broken. bunch of mental people roam the hallways, people sell crack in units, rite out of there front door! the security guards are a joke. there neva there, theyre too busy on the computers or sleeping wit the tenants! they moved me into a filthy apartment and refused to do any maintenance. the carpet was nasty, i had to clean it my self! there was nail holes and gaps n the wall that could be easily filled and painted over but they refused, the fridge made a horrible constant rattaling noise they wouldnt replace because it still kept the food cold, even tho u could hear it through out the whole apartment. but the worst part of all is that the apartment had bed bugs. they wouldnt believe me. they sent an exterminator that didnt find anything, so they wouldnt do anything til i found a bug and showed them. i had to rewash and dry all or my belongings and get a new mattress. the bugs were in the apartment before i moved in but they wouldnt compinsate me for anything. not the laundry, carpet cleaner, nothin. the whole building is infested with bed bugs and mice. everyone in the office should be replaced, they are mean heartless lay people that stick there nose up at u.
