I am living in this apartment complex for about an year now.
Pros:
1.Location (Walking distance to Park-n-Ride and Lousiana Transit Center)
2. Separate Garage Spaces ( U can have 2 separate garages if U pay for it.)
Cons: Well a lot !
1. With the new Management stuff, treatment that U receive is really going downhill. New stuff is very very inflexible and rude. I miss Boyka, and most of us do.
2. New building coming up right in front of apartment - so horrible time for residents - Cramped Car Parkings, Construction sound always sweeping your apartment.
3. Noisy children runing through Hallway.(unless U are fond of them ).
4. Hallway seriuosly stinks during winter.
5. Walls are paper thin..I faced problem with my restroom ever since I moved in.
6. Controlled Entrance is a Joke..80% of time U would find the gates to be open, and dont get shocked if U find somebody unknown knocking ur apartment, asking U if U need a roommate !!!
7. Lastly, My Car got rampaged while it was parked outside the garage..somebody tried to break open the trunc...I have lived in other states as well, and never had this experience before..dont park away from ur apartment..backside of apartment complex has no boundary at all, and its vulnerable. I faced it a bad way !
