I have lived in these apartments for about over a year, and find them satisfactory. They are not overwhemingly great, but worth your dollar. Interiors are spacious (infact they were the only 800 sq feet one bedroom apartments in this area at less than 800/month with utilities included). I agree, the exteriors aren't too good, with poor lawn maintenance. And I wish they had garages inside the building, saves you from MN winters. Staff is friendly. Maintenance personal are prompt. Enterance security could be improved somewhat. Front lobby can be use some styling. Convenient, comfortable, quiet and satisfactory housing overall. Last year construction activity did throw life out of gear a bit though.
