The management put all the utility bills in my name, then added roomates to our apartment. These roommates refused to pay any part of the utility bills, and the management wouldn't help deal with the problem at all. I was stuck paying hundreds of dollars in utilities for the random roomates that got added to our appartment. Also, although I left the apartment in perfect condition, they took most of my damage deposit. I don't reccomend living here. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

- Management does not put utility bills in resident's names. Residents themselves fill out utility set up forms upon move in that go directly to the utility companies to request service. All residents have full control of who's names are or aren't on the utility bills.
- When you rent an apartment by the room, you will be getting roommates of the same gender that you didn't necessarily choose yourself; however the option to choose your own roommates is always open when you rent an apartment just by the room.
- If an apartment is left in an unsatisfactory condition at move out (leave it how you receive it), there will be deductions from the security deposit.
Management is always happy to help in any way they can to make your living experience at Marcy Park Apartments a great one. Some things are out of our control but we will at least do our best to deliver great customer service and have you go home happy.
