Clean, spacious, quiet, well managed, low cost.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
No coffee shops or theaters, but plenty of closet space and big bedrooms. Management lives on site and the owner is a local family. We split a huge two bedroom with four guys and never felt crowded. Big rooms, great living room and easy to park. Treated us like adults, not kids.Only four blocks to campus. Much better than Mel-doze! Grow-up...live here!
