I've lived here for 8 months and will be renewing in August. Get a garage as street parking is pretty tight during certain parts of the day. Not one to usually complement management, but the new management has been very good, way better than the old one. Additional security cameras are up around the building...I have not had any security issues but it sounds a few other folks have. Quick maintenance - Nice apartments - No complaints at all. Recommended.
