I had a problem withthe internet company and the manager here was very understanding. She went to bat for me and got the changes made tothe contract that we somehow couldn't get the customer service people to figure out. I tried Qwest and they were no help either and that service really sucked, so big or small, it doesn't really natter which company you use, they all have highs and lows. I think management arond here does a great job keeping it clean and getting after the idiots who park illegallyin te surface parking lot. I like that when something breaks they get the maintenance guy up here right away, not weeks later. The manager Yasmina is really easy to find. I'm definitely thinking of renewing here. Its not like the Melrose Zoo. Now THAT place really sucked.

I did have a few issues with Qwest -- but most of them were due to the POS Actiontec modem they sent me. The occasional modem problems aside, Qwest destroyed MP's "High Speed Ethernet" Internet provider hands down.
