I lived at marcy parks straight from the dorms in the fall of 2004 to summer of 2005.I would definately not recommend this place for several reasons. One their is not laundry facilities in your apartment they cost a lot extra and its a far walk. 2 the rent is way to high for a 2 bedroom with out a dining room. 3 there is no parking so you have to pay 60 dollars for a garage where its not even safe to park in since someones car was stolen when I lived there. 4 there are barely any amenities included and the cable is ridicously priced high. 5 the management were raising a little kid in a college apartment and if you wanted to live their and have music on the cops were going to come to your apartment not that this happened often. 6 the bedrooms were small and barely fit what needed to be placed in the rooms so a person needed to have a twin sized bed. Also there is only one bathroom which is hard to split between 4 people each paying 363 a month without utilities, and parking. If you actually take the time out to search for a good apartment I recommend going a little off campus and finding something way cheaper with better management because this place was charging almost double what it should have been for a 2 bedroom.

Did you check out your apartment before you rented it? Why are you cramming four people in a 2 BR? That's why four people are sharing one bathroom, maybe? I live in a 4BR/2BA and the bathrooms are great.
