Moving out afte two years here. I was at U Village before. Definitely the best student property, if you're going to be in an apartment building. No out-of control parties, well maintained and management lives on site. Place was kept clean. Rents decent, parking available. Bad side: internet went down a lot, but the company that was selling it just folded, so maybe new will be better. I shared a 3Br with 4 guys and we never had any problems. Broken things fixed and rules enforced pretty evenly.

The terrible Internet service (Campus Communications) is my only complaint -- absolutely amateur service.
